Step by step apply IT. • Some Smart buildings: Keangnam, Vincom, Royal City • In Transportation field, some projects: • IT appliance in managing PET Driving License • Information and Communication system, Traffic light system on BRT line from Kim Ma to Yen Nghia bus station. • GIS apps in building Road map, traffic news layer. • “VOV Transportation Map Apps” (Samsung VN corporates with VOV Traffic Channel to deploy).

The deployed project as a detail content of Master Plan • IT Appliance Situation + Development Orient -> Hanoi has conditions to become a Smart City. • Based on criteria, circumstances, Hanoi defines main approach trends in the project as follow: “Smart city” is the place where ICT is applied in City’s activities to achieve State management effectiveness in: Education, Healthcare, Transportation, Social community development; meanwhile E-Gov plays decisive role
