6rd Operational Document for IESG Review - Summary of WGLC Comments

This document presents the summary of Working Group Last Call (WGLC) comments on the 6rd operational document. With over 100 received comments during the WGLC period, the latest version has been published this week and the editors believe it is now ready for IESG review. Volunteers are sought from the operational community to initiate work on tunnel MTU topics.
