Print out a name tag using the file template which you will find online. Take a photo. • Purpose of this course: Enhance. Encourage. Motivate. • Expectations… • Be on time and attend all classes. • Read all email. • Do your own work and hand in your assignments in on time. • Participate and always be ready to assist anyone in class. • If there is a problem, say something or contact your instructor! • Required immediately: USB Flash Drive. Required during course: 2 blank “CD-R” discs. • Late assignment policy: Within 1 week, attach a printout of an email reply from your instructor that excuses your absence. • Attendance policy: 3 unexcused absences results in a formal letter requesting that you drop the course. • Website for course. Class syllabus. • Class email communication and office hours. • Future class seating. • Required: Your ULM Email account. Required: A Taskstream account that you purchase. • Brief ULM Webmail Oveview/Demonstration. • Send an email message USING YOUR ULM EMAIL ACCOUNT with this “subject”: • CURR 285-??, YourFirstName YourLastName, Hello! (?? Is your section number.) • You will receive a reply. Graded assignment: Print out the reply of your email message and hand it in next class for credit. • 19.
