  2. Opening Liturgy The students received an inspirational message from Jean Vanier A group of students led the liturgy, all from different boards, schools, and grades.

  3. Fr. John Redmond Fr. John Redmond displayed a wonderfully coordinated dance. “They were fantastic, I enjoyed the incorporation of different art forms” - Erica Cinco Gr. 11 student Francis Libermann

  4. Marina Nemat’s Talk Marina told the audience her story, it was both liberating and enlightening.

  5. Small Breakout Groups About 100 student facilitators from across the board participated in leading groups through discussion and ice breakers.

  6. Featured Speakers There were three featured speakers from: • Development and Peace – Luke Stocking • Free the Children – Molly Burke • University of Dayton- Sr. Angela Zukowski

  7. Ending Ceremony At the end of a fantastic day the students got the opportunity to ask Marina a few questions.

  8. When Faith Meets Pedagogy was an amazing day, every student spoken to gave an incredible account.
