  6. What is TK Suite ? Powerful 3rd Party CTI Software with every AGFEO System CLIENT CONTACT BILL SET

  7. What is 3rd Party CTI ? Third Party CTI is where the software application will handle call control and views centrally for more than one telephone extension. There is only one link between the host computer and the telephone system. This is the professional way of a CTI application. All AGFEO Systems have this feature AS STANDARD

  8. What then is 1st Party CTI ? This is a cheaper alternative and is achieved by linking each telephone to each PC. Not the ultimate professional way of doing things.

  9. What then does TK-Suite do ? Call from your PC (CTI) Large & Powerful Address Database Program the System Billing Platform

  10. No additional clients to be purchased! Installation: either Standalone or Multi-User

  11. Click on Grey Button for SETTINGS REQUIRED SETTINGS

  12. The link between PC and Extension is set in this drop down menu The search ‘klap’ will return the following

  19. The Caller List or Call Log

  20. This log will show all incoming and outgoing calls. Filters can be set to limit the display of calls and show only unanswered calls.

  21. Click on the ‘Reminders’ TAB

  22. All active reminders are shown here Click here and the contact folds down with all available telephone numbers

  24. Type recipients message in here this will be displayed on the other screen

  25. Go to Contact Management Go to Call Management Program Telephone System Activate Headset

  28. Select extensions which should screen pop on your PC Tick how incoming calls should be displayed

  29. Tick required extensions which should appear in BLF

  30. Here you can store the images for each extension, such as a picture of the extension user

  31. Anything to do with the appearance of the individual status is set here

  32. Hot Key settings

  33. You may use or continue to use Outlook as your database. No plug in needed if this box is ticked.

  34. Contact / Address Management

  35. Click on Grey Button for SETTINGS Set-up settings for contact management

  36. Click on ‘Contact Management’ Enter these values

  37. Click on Green Button to access Administration of Contact Management Data

  38. To add an address click on ‘Add contact’
