  • GBRA will hire a consultant to prepare the plan in accordance with Region L planning criteria

    • Provides firm water supply of 25,000 acre-ft/yr, maximizing use of renewable surface water supplies and using groundwater when surface water supplies are unavailable
    • Provides opportunity for aquifer recovery during wet and normal hydrologic conditions when more surface water is available
