  1. Waters That Are More Than Just Water With changes in the environment and lifestyle, how we consume water has also changed. Here are some products you need to think about. By: Soumya Jain The atmosphere is more polluted, we are drinking less water, we have more health and skin problems. The water that we intake makes a huge difference in our lives. Decades before, water used to be purer, and so did the air. But with the industrialization came the contamination of water. To treat contaminated water, more chemicals are used to make it drinkable. A lot of these chemicals have changed our inner composition. And while the human body adapts, it is never too good to intake more chemicals than necessary. Here are two kinds of waters which you need to add to your lifestyle. 1.Micellar Water– This is water for your skin. Instead of using cleansing agents – which again have a huge amount of chemicals –for your daily skin routine, it’s better to switch over to micellar water. Micellar water is made up of tiny balls of cleansing oil molecules suspended in soft water. Micelles – the tiny balls – are attracted to dirt and oil, so they are able to draw out impurities without drying out the skin. The best micellar waters usually are more pure with less chemicals. They don’t even contain alcohol. They are fantastic to remove makeup, or to simply swipe off the grime of the day. Some of the best micellar waters available in the market are from Vichy, Eau Thermale Avene, Darphin, Dior, La Mer, Lancome and Kiehl’s.

  2. 2.Bottled Water– This is for your body. There is nothing wrong with tap water. But sometimes it comes with more chemicals than you would want to consume. Bottled water brands usually promise chemical-free, natural spring water. And there are a huge number of them in market – from the most expensive to affordable ones. Take, for example, the Acqua di Cristallo Tributo a Modigliani, which costs an astounding $60,000 per 750ml! It is, of course, the most expensive bottled water. The water comes from natural springs in Fiji and France and has been bottled within a 24 karat gold vessel. It is the packaging which is more expensive than the water itself, though the water is said to have a distinct flavor and softness to the palate. There is never a better time to make that switch and take care of yourself. As our environs change, so do we need to adopt, adapt and re-think our product choices.
