  2. Summit Purpose To Kick–off a HRSA/MCHB National Initiative to Reduce Infant Mortality To Serve as a “Pilot” for Future Work with Other Regions. To Provide an Opportunity for Collaboration with Key National/Federal Partners

  7. Summit Follow-Up • 13 Action Plans shared with each State • Technical Assistance available for States through MCH Block Grant • Action Plan Analysis
