CSO Fall 2012 Registration begins March 30th CSO Awards Banquet, if you are involved with outstanding organizations, leaders, or advisors please nominate them for CSO Awards. All forms can be found on OrgSync under the forms section. Don't forget to RSVP for the banquet. You can RSVP here CSO April Favorites: SPC Glow Jams: April 5th at 7:30PM in the housing quad Tuesday Times Roundtable April 17th from 12:30-1:30PM at GC150 Engage Workshop: April 20th from 12:30-1:30PM at FC314 March Points Submission Deadline: March 30th by 5:00PM on OrgSync Last day to submit for Special Allocations: April 6th by 5:00PM CSO Fourth General Meeting: April 10th3:30PM to 5:00PM in GC 140 CSO End of Year Banquet: April 18th from 7:00PM to 10:00PM in GC Ballrooms Last day to file for funds: April 20th by 5:00PM Want to be in the CSO Executive Board for the 2012-2013 academic year? IMPORTANTNotice about Panther Catering Orders: Please find the document “Panther Catering” for an important announcement regarding their services at the CSO webpage • About reserving outside space at FIU: Student leaders, if you are interested is making reservation for outside space at FIU for any event, you need to contact the Facilities Management Department (CSC 222) and direct any requests to Alexander Falls. All forms needed can be found in this directory: http://www2.fiu.edu/~ehs/risk_management/pdf/ • Service Projects: Student groups that need an information session on ethics and liability when going to service projects outside of the tri-county area (Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach) must e-mail Joshua Metayer • CSO Favorite:If you would like to have your event count as a CSO favorite of the month, please submit an application online a month prior to the event. The application can be found in the CSO OrgSync portal in the “forms” folder • Marketing Opportunities for Student Organizations: The FIU Athletic Department invites your to go to an FIU softball game and they will offer each organizations that attends a table to promote their organization and the opportunity to make P.A announcements.
