  5. History of MoversSuite MoversSuite started in the 1990’s in a moving company with what appeared to be a simple goal of getting a moving and storage company accurate and real time information with the aim of company growth.

  8. Data Entered a Single Time Time Vampire Any activity that makes no contribution toward achieving a goal. This lack of contribution jeopardizes the financial stability of the organization.

  9. Data Ownership The first user to come into contact with the information owns it and it is their responsibility to get it into MoversSuite.

  10. Data Pushback The practice of Data Pushback implies if the information provided is not adequate, then a request for correction is sent to the data owner. The correction should be made by the data owner to clarify the information and provide training.

Set account information and other default data, such as assigned coordinators and salesperson, that will automatically populate a new sales lead or order Manage a list of account services that will display on each assigned order Account Profile tab grants non-managers access to account information and the ability to send emails to contacts, override defined services, and establish a primary contact for the order Automatic email notification will be submitted to account contacts when the load or delivery date has changed on orders to which they are assigned
