  9. Sample One Chunk Paragraph • In Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone, Harry is a champion to many of the more insecure students at Hogwarts. For example, when Malfoy takes Neville’s Rememberall, Harry takes a broom and gets it back. He cannot stand someone who picks on others. Harry is now a hero to those less fortunate. He has found a place where he belongs and wants to protect the vulnerable.

  10. My Example • For a nine year old boy, playing football for the Barren County Little League Cowboys is like a dream come true.

  13. For a nine year old boy, playing football for the Barren County Little League Cowboys is like a dream come true. For example, in Campbell’s first season on the team, his 2nd grade year, the J.V. and Varsity teams won both the league and Glasgow League championships. This clearly shows why he enjoyed football his first year, despite the long, cold, wet season of games and many practices. His J.V. team also won every game it has played since the beginning of last season. This, in and of itself, has created this air of pride in Campbell for being a part of such an incredible team. For the first time, after many years of being involved in organized sports and being successful in academics, he truly understands what it means to have pride in the work and effort he has dedicated to football—a dream indeed. Hopefully, this sense of pride will carry over into all of his endeavors.
