“Establish an integrated agency strategy for sustainability, including reducing GHG emissions, within the Federal government in order to lead by example and achieve a clean energy economy.”

  • Launched February, 2011
  • Biobased product manufacturers may now apply for label. After certification, may affix “USDA Certified Biobased Product” to qualifying products.
  • Independent third party certification partnership with ASTM International
