Branch Structure: Lions Club of Livermore, CA Host or Parent Club: 1st Wednesday, dinner, Zephyr Grill Brd Mtg 3rd Wednesday, dinner, Emil Villas Breakfast Branch: 2nd Tuesday, bkfst, Poppy Ridge Lunch Branch: 4th Wednesday, lunch, Zephyr Grill eBranch: NO meetings, plan & organize by electronic means (Under discussion by the Brd of Directors) From 6 to 60

Build a Prospect List! • Build a database of prospects by canvassing: • 2 lions for 2-3 hours = 10 prospects • Aim for a database of 300 prospects • What you will build is ….. • BELIEF that many people want to be Lions! • THEN just invite people you know and interact with every day! Celebrate, Orient, Retain New Members! • The Club planned for All-Star Induction Dinners • Scheduled every 3 months to establish a deadline for inviting members • All-Star speakers, PID, PCC, PDGs from our district to expose our new members immediately to our outstanding service programs and our outstanding leaders. • Door Prize: Life Memberships to Lion Foundations From 6 to 60
