抓好课后学习管理，促进教学效果的提高. 有机教研室 贾洪斌. 一、作业全批全改：. 目的在于全面了解学生对知识点的掌握 情况； 好处是的确对一些愿意学习的学生有所帮助； 弊端是无效劳动，全班若干个版本. 二、课后考查：. 每章准备若干个试题，在讲完课的当堂完成； 一定程度上避免了抄袭的问题，虽然不能完全杜绝； 问题是没有那么多时间，以致影响课程进度. 三、网上考查：. 将各章的知识点做成图片，利用网络课堂，学生在指定时间内完成； 本意是解决时间不足、尽量杜绝学生的抄袭； 存在的问题是：学生随意作答，严重影响效果.
