Thanks to the variety in which olive oil is found, one can easily use it in cooking as well as in dressing salads and dips. The great thing is that you can easily make a ton of delicious olive oil recipes easily without much effort using this amazing elixir. Have a look at some of the recipes that we absolutely swear by. Tomato, Basil and Olive Oil pasta This dish is as versatile as the oil being used in it. To be fair, this could pretty much be one of the best healthy recipes you can find out there. You can either eat it as a cold salad, as a side to a main meal or all by itself at room temperature. A tricolour pasta would add extra oomph to the dish as a whole, so do look into that! Ingredients. 500 gms tricolour pasta (preferably farfalle or fusilli) 2 big ripe tomatoes (chopped) ½ cup olive oil ½ cup basil leaves 2 garlic cloves, chopped or minced Salt and pepper (to taste)
