9. The PCP’s Direct Address • For the purposes of the demo, we have elected to simulate that the local Provider Directory at SDBC (i.e., Mirth’s PD) already has a direct address and digital cert for Scotty’s PCP so that we don’t have to go through the retrieval demonstration process twice.

10. ER Doc adds Scotty’s PCP’s Direct Address to the Message and sends Dr. Petty SDBC Transforms content from EHR to the Transitions of Care S&I Framework standard output for Discharge Summaries.
