  3. Issue Statement • Identify gaps, define and implement solutions to the existing on-line tool to create IMb artwork for reply devices and any other documentation used to create IMb artwork for reply devices.

  4. Focus – QBRM Sampling • Review the USPS’s proposal for qualified Business Reply Mail (QBRM) sampling. • Understand the USPS process • Understand the mailer's ability to produce samples • Discuss alternate process

  5. Focus – Reply Mail On-Line Tool • Review and enhance the on-line tool for use by mailers by allowing: • the on-line tool to be used by mail service providers on behalf of their clients. • all applicable Service Type IDs to be used in IMb. • the ability to place IMb in the address block as well as the barcode clear zone. • the ability to add a unique serial number to the IMb and perhaps a range of serial numbers. • input of company name • input of unique ZIP+4 Code • Other

  6. Focus – Reach and Teach • Explore and suggest alternatives if the on-line tool cannot be redesigned quickly, including FAQ’s, webinars and/or training decks.
