  3. Rough Estimate • A majority of the TOUA systems have multiple points of entry so the anticipated capital cost could exceed 6.5 million dollars: • Funding sources • IHS • EPA • RD • BOR

  4. Current Plans • Exploratory Drilling (new source development) • Seeking out funding sources • Researching Standardized Treatment Plants • Continued Staff Development • Researching all options • Keeping the TOUA Board Informed

  5. FORCAST • More System Consolidation • Higher Water Rates- once actual cost of operations is determined. • Community specific rates may apply. • More Automation and Real-Time Monitoring • Improved efficiencies, and staff adjustments • Consumer Education.
