This project invites you to create a sensory figure for a key historical figure in Athenian democracy: Solon, Cleisthenes, Peisistratus, or Pericles. Your objective is to highlight their contributions to the city of Athens, explaining their roles in shaping history and society. You will gather historical facts before transforming them into sensory experiences. For example, examine Draco's harsh laws and incorporate sensory details to bring his influence to life. Capture the essence of your chosen figure through writing, imagery, and sound to convey their significance.

Sensory figures • Objective: to identify historical persons and why they are important, to explain how they changed history. • You will be responsible to creating a sensory figure for either: Solon, Cleisthenes, Peisistratus or Pericles. You must explain why they are remembered, what did they do for Athens or to Athens? Included their name and a date or time period for them. First you take notes using history facts, then you change those notes into senses. See Draco as an example.
