JAOLとは? • Lao : ສະມາຄົມອະດີດນັກສຶກສາລາວຈາກຍີ່ປຸ່ນ • English : Japan Alumni of Laos (JAOL) • Japanese: ラオス元日本留学生会 ラオス日本元留学生会（Japan Alumni of Laos）は、日本に留学していた元ラオス留学生が集まって組織されたNPO団体です。2003年5月にラオス政府の許可の下、ラオス・日本友好協会のメンバーのひとつとして発足しました。日本での貴重な経験・知識をラオス社会・経済の発展に役立て、両国の相互理解を促進するために活動しています。また、後世代の人材育成に貢献するため、日本留学の情報提供及び日本語教育活動も開始し、多くの若い世代が日本へ留学できるようにサポートしています。

  3. JAOL成立の目的 1. ラオスの発展をめざしてさまざまな経験、知識、技能を交換するために、ラオス元日本留学生と日本人が集まって交流する機会を増やす。 2. ラオスと日本の相互理解を深め、両国の関係を強化する。 3. 日本滞在中に得た知識をラオスの経済・社会の発展のために活かす。 4. 日本とラオスの情報交換センターとして、将来の世代が有益な情報を利用できるようにする。

JAOL内のネットワークの強化と、会員間での幅広い意見交換 2. ラオス社会への貢献活動 3. ラオス日本友好協力関係への貢献活動 • メンバー内のスポーツイベントやパーティ・勉強会 • メンバー同士の仕事紹介 • 日本での生活・勉強の紹介 • 日本ドラマ・資料・本等の翻訳 • 大学生向けの教育開発セミナー • 地方の小中学生への支援 • ラオス・日本友好セミナー • 日本語スピーチ大会の共催 • 日本語能力試験の実施サポート（ラオス日本センター・日本基金） • ラオス・日本文化交流活動のサポート（在ラオス日本大使館・ラオス日本センター） • 在ラオス日本人会の運動会・イベント等の後援 • JOCV（青年海外協力隊）のホームステイ • ASJA（Asia Japan Alumni）Junior Program への参加 • ASEAN Council Of Japan Alumni （ASCOJA） CONFERENCEの参加 • ラオス・日本友好協力関係への貢献活動

  9. LJAJ? These days, there are about 60 students go to study in Japan each year, from professional training college students to doctor degrees under scholarship from Japanese government MEXT, JDS, AYF, YLP, JICA, and Japanese private sector and also their selves. Each year there are about 30 students to go to study graduate level

  10. LJAJ? The Lao Student Association in Japan ( below LSAJ), has been formed based upon the rules and regulations No. 1839/ME.DoE 2000 of Ministry of Education, and a letter No. 063/2003 of Embassy of Laos to Japan in order : • To create experts and technicians to be more skillful in knowledge and ability. • To promote the development of human resources. • To manage Lao students who has been studying abroad. • To fill up the development of economics, culture and society of Laos. • To drive the patriotism of Lao students who have been studying abroad. • To motivate Lao students to make a studious effort of research and study.
