  2. Circulation Professional Development Population As your school library media specialist I am a member of the ALA, AASL, the ILF, and AIME. I am an active participant in the important organizations. I subscribe to xx professional journals and have had xx articles of my own published in them. I have attended xx professional conferences this past year and was a presenter at xx of them. In addition, we have planned and executed xx staff development programs in the media center and have a professional library of xx print materials, xx electronic materials, and xx periodicals.. Our school is a k-5 building with xxxx students. We have XX% on free or reduced lunch. We have XX% white, XX% black, XX% Hispanic, XX% Asian, and XX% other ethnic groups. XX% of our students receive special needs services. Our school library media center has a total of xxx print materials, xxx electronic resources, xxx periodicals and xxx other formats of materials. We circulated a total of xxx print materials, xxx electronic resources, xxx periodicals and xxx other formats of materials this year. On average, we circulated a total of xxx print materials, xxx electronic resources, xxx periodicals and xxx other formats of materials per week. Statistics On a daily basis we serve an average of xxx classes, xxx students, and xxx faculty members through our school media center. This totals an average of xxx students per week, xxx classes, xxx faculty members and xxx community members. Throughout the year we have worked on xxx collaborative projects; xx with grade 1, xx with grade 2, xx with grade 3, xx with grade 4, and xx with grade 5. Volunteers Technology: The success of our school library media center would not be possible without the support of our volunteers. This year we had the help of xxx volunteers for xxx hours. We had an average of xx volunteers helping per week, for an average of xx hours per week. Thank you volunteers! Our school media center houses xx computers and xx different software programs. We subscribe to xx electronic resources. These technology resources are used daily by students, staff, and the community in information searching and developing projects.
