Flex System Enterprise Chassis No Charge First-in-Location promo513-477 Flex System Enterprise chassis • Migrate HP and UCS installations to Flex Systems for superior Blade performance. • Migrate aging BladeCenter installations and transition to Flex Systems. • Nominate your 8721A1U or 8721LRU Flex Chassis FIL customer (customer who has not acquired any 8721xxx in the 12-month period prior to the nomination) http://www.ncbprogram.com Nominate no later than March 15,2014 • Order the Flex System Enterprise Chassis from your Distributor for your approved customer no later than March 31,2014 • Distributor invoices to BPs must occur no later than April 30, 2014 • There is a limit of 2 Flex System Chassis per Customer Enterprise.Example: The BP has 7 locations approved in the Acme Customer Enterprise = The BP has 2 total no charge chassis to allocate between the 7 approved Acme locations. • Only On Grid transactions are eligible. Transactions with off-grid special bid pricing are not eligible. • BPs must e-mail a copy of their IBM Distributor invoice for the Flex System Enterprise chassis to: ncbp@tradeonemktg.com no later than 30 days after the date of the Distributor invoice. Make sure “IBM Flex System Enterprise chassis FIL promotion” appears in the subject line of the e-mail. Load up with x222, x220,x240, x440 Compute Nodes
