MISSION • To collaborate with both private and public companies looking for labor force or wanting to retain their employees in case of sickness; handicap; crisis; a.o. • To collaborate with both private and public companies as to qualifying and training of unemployed people and/or citizens outside the labor market

  5. VISION • Our aim is to be seen as a professional and trustworthy recruitment partner for private and public companies • To be recognized as professional and trustworthy partner adding value to private and public companies

  6. CONTACT - who COMPANY CONSULTANTS – 3 types • Individual outplacement by canvassing • Cooperation agreements • Individual canvassing for new agreements • ( CompanyService) • Plus Company Networking – division of contacts by lines of business – joblines/glue

  7. CONTACT - how Sales and Visibility Action organized holisticly; target oriented and professionally. • Canvassing important and necessary • Direct mail campaigns to selected companies/segments • Follow-up and making meeting appointments • Meeting with companies • Establishment of agreements • Reporting and follow-up

CONTACT - how The following elements could be incorporated in this action: • Selection of the target group for the action • Direct Mail Campaign based on target groups for both candidates AND companies ( target-orientated) • Appointment and follow-up by phone ( not visits) • Argumentation • Frames for the meeting • Follow-up
