  3. 佐賀県森林審議会の概要 【根拠法令及び設置年次】 森林法第68条の規定に基づき、昭和27年に設置された知事の諮問機関 【組　織】 ○委　員　数　：　15名以内（※現在14名） 　○委員の構成　：　学識経験者、関係団体、林家代表、 　　　　　　　　　　報道機関、行政等から選任 　○委員の任期　：　平成26年 7月31日まで 【主な審議事項】 ○森林法に定める地域森林計画の樹立又は変更 ○その他森林・林業に関する重要事項 　○林地開発許可、保安林の解除及び森林病害虫防除については 　森林保全部会（4名）で審議
