Patient-level reports recently released to hospitals; • Allows for drill-down of exactly which data; elements led to a particular case being categorized a particular way; • Provides analyses of insufficient information and what data is missing and/or not done; • Available real-time; • Series of training webinars underway to teach data managers, physicians, etc, how to utilize reports. • Support provided to individual hospitals has and will continue to be provided in the form of conference calls and/or site visits.
