  1. TT Assembly Structure • Reference-Reinforcement System: • Description of the system • Assembling Procedure • Production Project Board, march 2005 D.Orlandi – E.Vanzanella

  2. Description of the system There are 10 steel hooks (the green ones) with a additional mechanical device, to close together the flat beam with the machined surface of the hook itself. N. 8 steel brackets (2 each module) have a vertical regulation in order to level the vertical modules quite apart from the positioning of the flat beam Project Board, march 2005 D.Orlandi – E.Vanzanella

  3. Description of the system N. 2 steel falling bases (in the left picture) in order to get a vertical regulation of the two central vertical square beams reducing the flexion of the horizontal loaded square beam Project Board, march 2005 D.Orlandi – E.Vanzanella

  4. Assembling Procedure • The reinforcement assembly structure • is ready to be loaded Project Board, march 2005 D.Orlandi – E.Vanzanella

  5. Assembling Procedure • The flat beam is layed down on the existing supports • (green hooks) and it is closed toward • their machined surfaces Project Board, march 2005 D.Orlandi – E.Vanzanella

  6. Assembling Procedure • The first vertical module is layed down • on the its two external holes by the green screws • and it is adjusted in the vertical direction Project Board, march 2005 D.Orlandi – E.Vanzanella

  7. Assembling Procedure • When the first module is leveled, the others • are layed down in same manner using the • remaining brakets Project Board, march 2005 D.Orlandi – E.Vanzanella

  8. Assembling Procedure • When all the modules are in right positions • (perfectly vertical) it is possible to connect them • to the flat beam and finally to hang • the horizontal modules on it as usually Project Board, march 2005 D.Orlandi – E.Vanzanella

  9. Assembling Procedure It is important to remind that all those mechanical devices are completely removeable In this configuration the distance between the vertical square beams and the Target Tracker plane is about 20mm Project Board, march 2005 D.Orlandi – E.Vanzanella

  10. Production All the material needed to build the structure will be ready at the company (COMASUD), at the beginning of next week All the parts will be ready in two weeks of work (tree weeks from now) The executive drawings are just ready end approved Project Board, march 2005 D.Orlandi – E.Vanzanella
