手工小西餅製作步驟. 一、製作器具 & 材料. 器具:鋼盆、篩網、打蛋器、橡皮刮刀、擀麵棍、羊毛刷、切麵刀、餅乾模、烤盤、烤箱 材料 : 低筋麵粉 900g 無鹽奶油 340g 糖 粉 300g 雞蛋 5 個 ( 全蛋 4 個,蛋黃 1 個 ) 巧克力豆 100g 杏仁角 100g( 需先烤 3~5 分鐘 ). 二 、手工小西餅製作步驟. 5. 擀平 (0.5cm 厚 ). 4. 巧克力豆 / 杏仁角. 6. 切成方塊或用餅乾模造型. 3. 低筋麵粉. 2. 蛋液. 7. 刷上蛋黃水. 1. 奶油 & 糖粉.

  2. 一、製作器具&材料 • 器具:鋼盆、篩網、打蛋器、橡皮刮刀、擀麵棍、羊毛刷、切麵刀、餅乾模、烤盤、烤箱 • 材料: • 低筋麵粉900g • 無鹽奶油340g • 糖粉300g • 雞蛋5個(全蛋4個,蛋黃1個) • 巧克力豆100g • 杏仁角100g(需先烤3~5分鐘)

  3. 二、手工小西餅製作步驟 5.擀平(0.5cm厚) 4.巧克力豆/杏仁角 6.切成方塊或用餅乾模造型 3.低筋麵粉 2.蛋液 7.刷上蛋黃水 1.奶油&糖粉 8.進烤箱(30min)

  4. 糖油打發

  5. 加蛋液拌勻

  6. 加入麵粉

  7. 加入巧克力

  8. (1)揉成麵糰 (2)擀成麵皮 (3)切成長方形

  9. 刷上蛋黃水 進烤箱

  11. 第12週實習課提醒 • 攜帶食譜 • 攜帶餅乾模 • 攜帶盛裝餅乾的容器 • 攜帶圍裙 • 拍照紀錄 • 組長先協調分工 • 小老師提前至烹飪教室協助分材料
