TechCityLaunchPad - £1m pilot scheme • To support small and micro digital businesses around Silicon Roundabout • Up to £100k per project as a 50% grant • Collaborative or single-company • 12 month period of grace during which to find matching private funding • Pitchfest to help further matchmaking

  7. TechCityLaunchPad process • May 6-26th: Submit a 2 min video (open or closed viewing) • Independent assessment (2-3 weeks) • Top scorers will be asked to submit a short business plan • Independent assessment (2-3 weeks) • Winners get ‘promissory note’

  8. Grant for R&D • For pre-start-ups, start-ups and SMEs • Assessed in 2-monthly batches
