Inspection • Solar Array • Check physical condition of solar modules • Unbroken glass • Relatively clean • Straight frames with no corrosion • Verify module frame grounding • Check mounting hardware for loose fasteners • Confirm that all module junction box covers are present • Electrical tests • Open circuit voltage for each module or module string • Short circuit current for each module or module string • Variations in excess of 10% should be investigated
