FIDUNION We are a part of FIDUNION International which is a grouping of independent accounting firms from Europe, America, Africa, Asia and Middle East. FIDUNION has recently merged with Polaris and IGAF to become the third largest association of independent accounting firms in the world.

  15. Affiliations Pakistan Mercantile Exchange We are on the Pakistan Mercantile Exchange (PMEX) Panel of Auditors courtesy of which we can carry out audits of brokerage houses. State Bank of Pakistan We are Enlisted on the State Bank of Pakistan’s Panel of Auditors through which we can carry out audits of Banks, non-banking financial institutions and asset management companies. Stock Exchange We are also on the Panel of Auditors of Stock Exchanges of Pakistan through which we can carry out statutory audits of listed companies & modarabas and system audits of brokerage houses.

International Exposure • Worked at ABV Rock Group KB, a Swedish venture based at Riyadh. • Worked at Arabian Education & Training Group. • Worked with European Union grant at Shikarpur District. • Worked with International Organization for Migration (IOM) and to UN-HABITAT Pakistan. • Worked for Lagan Construction Limited, UK for their joint venture for the construction of New Benazir Bhutto International Airport, Islamabad. • Worked for METRO AG’s management in setting up its Pakistan operations. • Coordinated with China Petroleum Engineering Construction Company on behalf of Engineering Kinetics for finalization of sub-contract for engineering works in oil fields of Sudan.

International Exposure • Coordinated with Ranhill, Malaysia on behalf of DDFC Group for execution of JV for Engineering, Supply, Construction and Commissioning of Adhi LPG/NGL Plant. • Assisted Engineering Kinetics, Pakistan for execution of Joint Venture with OZEST, Saudia. • Coordination with Tobishima Corporation, Japan for execution of sub contract for construction of water filtration plant in Faisalabad. • Conducted financial & systems review of five partners of Oxfam Novib, an international donor, in Punjab, Sindh & Baluchistan. • Provided assistance in formation of representative office of DF Deutsche Forfait AG, Germany in Pakistan.

IMPORTANT ASSIGNMENTS • Performance Based Grants Contract (PPG) Performance based Partnership Grant (PPG)” is funded by USAID and implemented jointly through World Health Organization (WHO) andMoPH. The project consisted of 16 organizations implemented 26 different clusters in 13 Provinces. The total budget for the audit was around USD 25 million per year. These projects related to the running and maintenance of health facilities at various levels in the target areas. • PERFORMANCE BASED PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT (PPA) Performance based Partnership agreement was funded by World Bank and was implemented through Grant and Contract management Unit of MoPH. Terms of reference included a sample of four projects implemented by 3 lead partners for the period from March 2004 to June 2007 with the total expenditure of approximately USD 22 million.

IMPORTANT ASSIGNMENTS • Audit of SHARP and AHAPP projects funded by World Bank (On going Audit) SHARP and AHAPP projects are funded by World Bank and implemented throughMoPH. AHAPP project was implemented through 7 implementing partners while SHARP project is being implemented by 5 implementing partners. With the total expenditure of approximately USD 42 million. These projects related to the running and maintenance of health facilities at various levels along with HIV interventions in target areas • Audit of “Programme For Returnees Reintegration & Community Support In Afghanistan” having contract No. AFG/AIDCO/2002/0466 The basic purpose of this project was to assist in the settlement of returning Afghan refugees in the areas of Health, education, agriculture and rural rehabilitation. The consortium was led by DACAAR and was implemented by 5 International organizations
