Computation – PHASE 1 • Phase 1 will launch 50 million shares and start at RM0.10/share • Increase RM0.01 every 1 million shares until maximum RM0.60 • Cannot sell during first 30 days (floating share) • After 30 days, selling will at queue list and will purchase by members • 10% processing fee • Deduct 30% to auto purchase EPS again and 70% goes into E-wallet • Allowed only selling 10,000 shares/queue • Upon achieved 50 million shares (RM0.60), EPS will automatic split into 3 EPS shares at RM0.20/share
