Total Sugar Yield from Enzymatic Hydrolysis and Pretreatment for Biomass Digestibility

This table presents the total sugar yield as a percentage of cell wall mass released from both enzymatic hydrolysis and pretreatment methods. Biomass digestibility is categorized as either high (H) or low (L) in the sample pairs. The results provide insights into the effectiveness of different enzymatic treatments and pre-treating conditions on sugar release. Additionally, the ratio of sugar yields between paired samples is calculated to further analyze the impact of biomass digestibility on overall sugar extraction efficiency.
