This study investigates the impact of PGB (2.5 µM and 250 µM) on IK currents measured in nanoamperes (nA) at different voltages (-90 mV to +40 mV) over 30 ms durations. Control experiments were conducted with n=11 and n=10 to establish baseline responses. Results highlight significant variations in IK currents under different dosages of PGB, illustrating the compound's influence on ion channel activity. The data provide insights into potential pharmacological applications and mechanistic pathways affected by PGB.
