  2. CUSICK Maintenance & Operations Replacement Levy Facts • Levy Will Raise $393,000 per year • Estimated Cost to Property Owner • $1.20 per $1000 assessed value in 2015 • $1.19 per $1000 assessed value in 2016 • $1.17 per $1000 assessed value in 2017

  3. CUSICK Maintenance & Operations Replacement Levy Facts • For a property assessed at $100,000, the estimated payment would be: • 2015: $120 for the year, or $10 per month • 2016: $119 for the year, or $9.92 per month • 2017: $117 for the year, or $9.75 per month
