  • manage the oncologic patients, endo- infertility patient and the urodynamic clinic patients

  • primary surgeons for most hysterectomies

  • Manage high risk obstetric patients

  • Assume teaching roles

  • term as "Administrative Chief Resident" in charge of scheduling conferences, arranging case presentations, assigning clinic duties and making call schedules

  • expected to be well versed with every inpatient
