    5. Development- Rasa-shastra was developed by Rasa-siddhas & Tantrikas Total no. of Rasa-siddha is 84. Nagarjuna was one of the Rasa-siddhas. Acarya Sarabha was the first siddha of Rasavidya, while Nagarjuna was second one. Nagarjuna is regarded as an eminent acharya of Rasa-shastra.

    6. Nagarjuna (a) First Nagarjuna - Period-100 BC. He was the friend of king Salavahana and the master of Rasavidya and philosophy (b) Second Nagarjuna – Period-8th cen. A.D. He was the student of Acarya Sarabha and the master of Rasasastra. (c) Third Nagarjuna - Period-9th cen. A.D. He was the Pratisamakarta of Susruta Samhita. .
