  • Step 2: Write Project Description
    • Briefly describe the project

    • Summarize leadership actions
  • Assemble Notebook (Appearance)
  • Obtain Completed Project Approvals (Organization and Scoutmaster)

  • Approved Application Sent to District Eagle Board Chairman
  • BOR is Scheduled
    • Minimum of three members
    • Unit representative is present
  • Proper Uniform, Oath, and Law
  • Not an Examination of Scouting Skills

  • Determination of Attitude and Acceptance of Scouting Ideals
