Mass influenza vaccinations for individuals and units at designated locations. Dates, times, and locations listed for different beneficiary categories. DoD personnel must be in duty status. Contractors must provide immunizations for their employees.

  1. 2012 - 2013 Mass Influenza VaccinationCampaign Dates / Times / Locations Mass influenza vaccinations for ADSMs (individuals / units) will be administered at the SRP on their appointed date and time. NOTE: Reserve and National Guard personnel MUST be in a duty status when receiving any DoD directed immunization: McGill Training Center, Bldg# 8452; Ballroom : 0730 – 1530 19 Oct 22 – 26 Oct Military Healthcare System Eligible Beneficiaries (e. g. Active Duty Family Members, Military Retirees and their Family Members) and DoD Civilian Employees McGill Training Center, Bldg# 8452; Classroom #6: 0800 – 1530: 9 – 12 Oct 15 – 17 Oct 29 – 31 Oct DINFOS Staff and Students @ DINFOS: 1 Oct (0800 – 1500) 2 Oct (0800 – 1200) • Retiree Appreciation Day @ McGill Training Center: 28 September (POC: Mrs. Megan Hayden: 7 - 8695) • Eligible Beneficiaries who miss the scheduled dates / times listed above may present to the Allergy / Immunization Clinic at KACC Mon-Tue-Wed-Fri: 0730 – 1530 and Thurs: 0800 - 1530 • Unless contract personnel are eligible under one of the beneficiary categories listed above, contractors will provide influenza immunizations to their employees
