SOLAR-B PROJECT OVERVIEW NRL Activities • Flight optical elements and gratings now at NRL • Multilayer coating of one flight mirror and grating completed • Work carried out by David Windt at Columbia University • Performance tests at Brookhaven Synchrotron Light Source • have verified response to be within better than 10% of nominal • Remaining flight optical elements coated at Columbia • Final selection of flight units to be made after testing
