In their packet it showed the building footprint, square footage, and building façade • August 7, 2012 - Adopt Ordinance to re-open Wilson Avenue due to land rights • August 7, 2012 - Council approved the Site Plan • October 2, 2012 - Council approved addtl architectural fees due to building footprint shift from closure of Wilson Avenue
