So it needs to be user-friendly, appealing, and quick and easy • There are some good dedicated CRM systems and CRM features are being increasingly built in to online business tools and platforms • Examples: SalesForce, InfusionSoft, Ontraport and Instant Customer. Many email marketing platforms have some CRM functions built in: iContact, Direct Response, Constant Contact. You can even use your Wordpress website as a CRM if you install a CRM plugin (there are many to choose from).
