How can registries be used? • Database (flowsheet) for clinical encounters • Tracking care of individual patients • Feedback to providers • Recalling patients for follow-up • Identifying patients who need added support • Measuring clinic performance • Meeting data requests from funders • Measuring community-level asthma control
