  11. Pick Cindy Bechtel and Stoth (c) Microsoft, Inc.

  22. Open Excel Document – Enter Budget Information – Upload to Solomon (c) Microsoft, Inc.

  23. Open Solomon Project Budgeting (c) Microsoft, Inc.

  24. Note Completed Budget (c) Microsoft, Inc.

  25. View Detail To Update Project System (c) Microsoft, Inc.

  26. Approve Budget – Begin Processing (c) Microsoft, Inc.

  27. Go to Project Controller Review Project Setup by Project Server (c) Microsoft, Inc.

  28. Note Project Number (Event), Enter Company ID, GL Sub and Activate Project (c) Microsoft, Inc.

  29. Review Locations (Tasks) Note Integration with Project Server (c) Microsoft, Inc.

  30. Click on San Diego then Resources (c) Microsoft, Inc.

  31. Note who has been assigned to Task – Click On Assignment Inquiry (c) Microsoft, Inc.

  32. Enter Start Date 3/6/05 to 3/12/05 – Click OK (c) Microsoft, Inc.

  33. Open Budget Screen Note – Budget Data (c) Microsoft, Inc.

  34. Go To Accounts Payable to Process Vendor Invoice (c) Microsoft, Inc.

  35. Enter Vendor Invoice for $1,000 (c) Microsoft, Inc.

  36. Go To Analyzer Module (c) Microsoft, Inc.

  37. Note Active Projects (c) Microsoft, Inc.

  38. Note Actual and ETC, EAC and Original Budget (c) Microsoft, Inc.

  39. Open Project Professional – Open Project (c) Microsoft, Inc.

  40. Click On San Diego and Profit Pane – Note Actual and Budget Information Available to PM in MS Project (c) Microsoft, Inc.
