CERN Drawing Database (CDD) • The URL is https://edms.cern.ch/cdd/plsql/c4w.get_in • Log in using your CERN NICE password • Select “Guided” drawing retrivial • Go to LHC Experiments, LHCb folder • TVM and TVV are the most relevant directories • Will need the HPGL viewer, download instructions are available on the CDD website

  5. File name is left column but the reference shown on the drawings actually refers to the value in the right most column CDD Directory

  7. Item 2 on previous drawing is the “Semi-elliptical head” • Table suggests that it has a diameter of 950mm, a height of 268mm and a thickness of 6mm (?) • Material is 316L SS • Laborious process but can trace most values eventually, for example main vessel is 6mm thick Shell Thickness
