VENTILATION
  • Proper ventilation arrangements are provided as per the WHO-GMP norms.
  • In critical operational area air conditioning plant is provided.
  • Each core process room is supplied with controlled air passed through pre filters having efficiency of 99%.
  • The environmental parameters such as Particle monitoring, Temperature, Humidity, Air changes, Air pressure differentials, and Microbiological Monitoring are checked at periodic intervals.
  • Minimum 20 air changes are provided in all production area.
  • Day store Raw material store has been equipped with HVAC System.

  • No toxic or hazardous and sensitizing materials are handled in this facility.
  • The facility is highly specialized and designed for the exclusive use for manufacturing of Pharmaceutical Formulations & Food products .
  • There is bore well as a source of raw water for proper functioning of factory premises
  • The raw water is stored in a water storage tanks having capacity of 50,000 liter.
  • The treated DM water is pumped up in stainless steel (S.S. 304) storage tanks of 5000 liter capacity.
  • The regular cleaning of tanks & their record of cleaning is maintained.
