  7. Jesus says in Matt. 6:19 & 20 – “Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroys, and where thieves break in and steal. But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where moth and rust do not destroy and where thieves do not break in and steal. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.”

  8. What kind of mark will you leave on your world?

  9. How do we LIVE a LEGACY of FAITH? 1. Know who you are in Jesus and the power you have t

  10. 1 Peter 2:9 (MSG) -“But you are the ones chosen by God, chosen for the high calling of priestly work, chosen to be a holy people, God’s instruments to do his work and speak out for Him, to tell others of the night and day difference He made for you – from nothing to something, from rejected to accepted.” 1 Pet. 2:5 (MSG) – “Present yourselves as building stones for the construction of a sanctuary vibrant with life, in which you’ll serve as holy priests offering Christ-approved lives up to God.”

  11. Ephesians 1:18-20 – I pray also that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened in order that you may know the hope to which he has called you, the riches of his glorious inheritance in the saints, and his incomparably great power for us who believe. That power is like the working of his mighty strength, which He exerted in Christ when he raised him from the dead and seated him at his right hand in the heavenly realms, far above all rule and authority, power and dominion, and every title that can be given, not only in the present age but also in the one to come.

  12. 2. Get out of the SAUL MENTALITY and into the JONATHAN MENTALITY (from passivity and complacency to action) 1 Samuel 13:16-22

  13. 3. Overcome the obstacles to faith • Two cliffs on either side

  14. Obstacle #1 – Self-defeatism/inadequacy/fear Obstacle #2 – I don’t feel called / that’s not my ministry / excuses

  15. Step out in faith… It’s time to take the ½ acre

  16. LIVE a LEGACY of FAITH in order to LEAVE a LEGACY
