  4. What is tenancy fraud.. • Subletting the property • Non occupancy by the tenant as their main and principle home • Obtaining the property by deception • Obtaining a succession by deception • Obtaining a Right to Buy by deception

  6. What we have found…. • No specific trends have been identified • Once you start looking, you will find it • Likely indicators include: • No Contact • Household Change • Rent account abnormalities • Proximity to local amenities • Rehousing applications • Other benefit frauds
