S3 – Principles of Course Design

  • Courses should……

    • Be based on the Level 3/4 Outcomes and Experiences.

    • Have contexts/content selected to enhance the BGE and prepare for the Senior Phase.

    • Include assessment that will allow initial recommendations for S4 courses at Access 3, National 4 or 5.

    • Be efficient on staffing to support the Senior Phase.
