  4. What’s the solution? • Make sure you have your Trusted Sites configured properly in Internet Explorer • Store your credentials on your PC so you don’t have to login every time (optional, but a good timesaver) • Close and Re-Open Internet Explorer

  5. Trusted Sites • From the browser, click Tools -> Internet Options • Click the Security Tab • Click Trusted Sites • Click Sites…

  6. Trusted Sites 5) Make an entry for *.thekag.com 6) Make sure the Require server verificationcheckbox is NOT checked 7)Click Add 8) Click Close

  7. Trusted Sites 9) Click Custom Level… 10) Scroll down 11) Choose Automatic Logon with current user… 12) Click Ok on both popups

  8. Storing Your Credentials • Benefits • Great timesaver • Can be used on KAG as well as non-KAG websites (i.e. customer websites) • Dangers • Should not be done on shared computers • To use on a website, the website must be a Trusted Site.

  9. Storing Your Credentials – Windows 7-8.1 • Click Start  Control Panel • From Control Panel, click on the search box and type Credential. The option should then appear below. • 2) Click Manage Windows Credentials For WindowsXP users, click here to jump ahead

  15. Storing Your Credentials – Windows XP 4) Enter the information as you see here, substituting your user name in the 2nd box. BE SURE to put THEKAG.COM\in front of it! 5) Click OK 6) Click Close on the previous pop-up 7) Click OK on the previous pop-up

  16. Trying it out • Close all open Internet Explorer windows IMPORTANT! • Open Internet Explorer and browse to the new kagreports.thekag.com • If everything is correct, you should now see reports
