Employment RightsTraining ICED is a committee composed of five state agencies and four Governor-appointed state employees with disabilities The mission of ICED is to increase access and opportunity in state government for people with disabilities through the Successful Disability Opportunity Program and the Internship Program for Students with Disabilities

  3. How Does ICED Do It? Employment RightsTraining Provides a forum where disability concerns can be raised Recommends ways to strengthen state disability affirmative action programs Provides a clearinghouse of information on disability issues and information Hosts webinars/conferences on disability issues Issues a newsletter and maintains a website
